IYSDF Youth Future Star Development Program

 The International Youth Sports Development Federation (IYSDF) and BK Dragon Wushu Academy are jointly launching the Youth Future Star Development Program to discover young students with athletic potential, learning passion, and a strong willingness to grow through Wushu training.

Through a preliminary selection and final round, the program will select 2 students from low-income families to receive a 1-Year Free Wushu Training Program, with a total value of $5,000+.

This program is designed to give more children the opportunity to grow through Wushu training. Through structured martial arts practice, students can build confidence, discipline, coordination, focus, and perseverance.

Wushu is not only a sport, but also a way to develop character, respect, self-control, and long-term commitment. Through this selection event, we hope to identify young students who show potential, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward learning.

Participants do not need prior Wushu experience. We will focus on each child’s overall potential, learning attitude, and willingness to participate.

The selection may include observation of:

• Basic physical ability
• Body coordination
• Movement imitation
• Focus and listening skills
• Learning attitude
• Interest in Wushu
• Overall athletic potential

Step 1: Preliminary Selection
Students participate in basic movement activities, physical ability observation, and a Wushu experience session.

Step 2: Final Round
Selected students from the preliminary round will be invited to the final round.

Step 3: Final Selection
A total of 2 students will be selected to receive the free training opportunity.

The final selected students will receive:

Total Value: $5,000+

The training program may include regular Wushu classes, basic physical conditioning, movement development, progress observation, and opportunities to participate in related demonstrations, events, or training activities.

We are looking for future Wushu stars who are interested in learning, willing to try, and ready to grow.

Youth ages 4 and above from Los Angeles and Orange County are welcome to register. No prior Wushu experience is required.

We also welcome volunteers to support this youth sports and community program.

Volunteers may assist with check-in, event guidance, activity support, photo/video assistance, setup, cleanup, and general event operations.
