本次体育嘉年华由 国际青少年体育发展联合会 举办，面向青少年与家庭免费开放。活动包含体育表演、七大运动体验、身体素质评估、趣味游乐设施与免费课程推荐等环节，让孩子们在快乐中发现运动潜能、点燃热爱！

Organized by the International Youth Sports Development Federation, this free event is open to youth and families. It includes exciting performances, seven sports experiences, physical fitness evaluations, fun play zones, and course recommendations to help kids discover their passion for sports!

09:30 – 10:00｜入场签到 & 领取体测表
孩子签到入场后领取体测表（Physical Fitness Evaluation Form），填写基本信息。

 Sign-in and receive the Physical Fitness Evaluation Form at entrance.

10:00 – 10:30｜开幕仪式 & 视频介绍
主持人介绍活动流程，领导致辞，播放宣传视频。
Opening ceremony, welcome speeches, and event introduction video.

10:30 – 11:00｜开场表演
精彩的体育展示表演，正式开启嘉年华！
Opening performances to kick off the festival.

11:00 – 15:00｜七大运动体验（Sports Experience）
排球 Volleyball ｜ 篮球 Basketball ｜ 足球 Soccer ｜
乒乓球 Table Tennis ｜ 羽毛球 Badminton ｜ 匹克球 Pickleball ｜ 武术 Wushu
孩子可轮流体验全部7个运动项目，教练将根据孩子表现进行身体素质评估。
Participants rotate through 7 sports; coaches will conduct physical fitness evaluations based on performance.

11:00 / 13:00 / 15:00｜表演时段 / Performances
每隔1小时有表演，孩子可自由观看。
Performances every hour — 11:00, 13:00, and 15:00.

15:00 前｜提交体测表 / Submit Evaluation Form
所有孩子须在 15:00 前 提交体测表，才能获得后续课程推荐资格。
All participants must submit the Physical Fitness Evaluation Form before 3:00 PM to qualify for course recommendations.

15:00 – 15:30｜合影 & 发放纪念品 / Group Photo & Gifts
大合照留念，并领取纪念品与推荐信息。
Group photo and distribution of gifts & recommendation info.

10:00 – 17:00｜自由活动区（全天开放） / Free Play Zone (All Day)
充气城堡、趣味游戏区、互动设施全天开放，孩子可随时自由玩耍。
Inflatable castles, fun games, and play areas open all day — kids can join anytime!

17:00｜活动结束 / Event Ends
