We are an international youth sports development organization connecting students and athletes through training, exchange, and education—helping young people grow with purpose, discipline, and a global mindset.
The International Youth Sports Development Federation’s China Volleyball Training Camp is continuing to grow and upgrade. Currently, the camp is available in multiple training locations across China, including Tianjin, Beijing, and Zhejiang, providing overseas youth volleyball players with more diverse, professional, and systematic training opportunities.
The Tianjin program will be supported by professional training facilities and high-level coaching resources, helping athletes improve their fundamental skills, game awareness, physical conditioning, and teamwork. Training programs in Beijing and Zhejiang will also be available, offering suitable training platforms for young athletes of different ages and skill levels.
More cities will be opening soon — stay tuned!
Parents are warmly encouraged to register and give their children the opportunity to return to China this summer, experience more professional and systematic volleyball training, and grow through both training and international exchange.

In recent years, more young volleyball players training in the United States have chosen to return to China during school breaks—not for travel, but for focused technical development.
Many parents ask the same question:
“If my child already trains in the U.S., why train in China?”
The answer is simple:
It’s not about which system is better.
It’s about the fact that they teach different things—exceptionally well.

Youth volleyball programs in the United States emphasize:
• Game experience and competitive environments
• Teamwork, confidence, and communication
• Encouraging athletes to play freely, take risks, and enjoy the game
This approach builds confident, motivated players who love being on the court.

Elite training systems in China emphasize:
• Technical accuracy and standardized movement
• Attention to detail and body mechanics
• High-repetition drills, correction-based training, and intensity
Athletes may feel more physically challenged,
but technical progress is rapid and measurable.

U.S. coaches teach athletes how to play the game.
Chinese coaches teach athletes how to execute the skill correctly.
Volleyball is a highly technical sport.
Without strong fundamentals, even talented and hardworking athletes may experience:
• Inefficient power generation
• Compensated or incorrect movement patterns
• Performance plateaus as they grow older
Correct technique at the right developmental stage makes a lifelong difference.
